The staff, especially Ilario at reception, were incredibly friendly and made our stay more enjoyable.
The sound insulation in the room was not great, and we could hear noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms.

Friendly staff with charming vibes
The warmth of the staff made our mornings delightful, especially the barista preparing fresh orange juice. The retro computers in the lobby added a quirky charm!
However, the sound insulation was poor, making it difficult to sleep peacefully as we could hear noises from the nearby elevator.

The shower was amazing, but the parking situation was a hassle.

The vibrant nearby dining scene totally stole the show! From Al Timeout's killer bites to the cozy vibes at Beirut Ristorante, every meal was a delight. The breakfast buffet was also a treat, with ample choices that fueled our adventures.
We expected a large double bed, but ended up with two twin beds pushed together, which wasn’t what we signed up for. Plus, the room didn’t quite match the glamour of its photos, especially the smaller-than-expected bathroom.

The warmth of the staff made every moment special, especially during breakfast where fresh orange juice was served. We also had a fun visit to a local school related to the La Scala Theatre Academy, which offered a glimpse into the vibrant arts scene. Staying with my wife added to the joy of our trip.
My wife says that the breakfast options could be improved to offer more variety for families.

The room was cozy but small, definitely tight for two large suitcases. The bed was comfy, though I noticed some lumps on my side. The bathroom was fantastic, recently renovated with a great shower. Daily cleaning was spot on and kept everything fresh. I loved the fresh orange juice at breakfast too! Just wished the room was a bit more spacious.

The room was cozy and well-maintained, offering good air conditioning. Location-wise, it's convenient for accessing public transport, making it easier to explore the city. However, the parking was a bit pricey, and I didn't have a chance to enjoy breakfast during my stay.
